I’m a product design leader with 15+ years’ experience across sports betting, gaming and regulated digital products. I’ve built and led UX teams from the ground up, from establishing the UX function at Coral Online Casino in Gibraltar to leading design teams across Entain and working at a Head of UX level.
I combine design leadership with hands-on product thinking - shaping strategy, developing designers, using research and behavioural insight to simplify complex journeys, and delivering experiences that improve engagement, conversion and retention.
