Football Fantasy Mobile Site
Background
With a Fantasy Sports Beta, Unibet could launch an MVP for their existing Swedish and Norwegian users. The intention of the Beta launch was to gather feedback from real users, analyze users’ participation and benchmark various tournament offerings including matches from UEFA Champions League, English Premier League, Swedish Allsvenskan and Norwegian Elitserien.
The Beta was to be released in early 2017, for a selected number of users in Sweden, and open beta followed in Sweden and then in Norway. The plan was then to release the Beta in more countries over the following months before the launch of the Marketable Product towards the end of 2017.
The vision over 2 years relied heavily on a new design, that would define the product and give an all-new unique identity to differentiate from the competitors – to enrich the game with content that would drive engagement, gamification features, Social Media integrations and master the fundamentals of the Fantasy Sports.

My Role
UI Design - translated the product brief and wireframes into high-fidelity visual designs across the full feature set, using Sketch.
The Brief
Using the existing gaming engine that serves Scandinavian customers, create a set of designs that includes:
- Lobby
- Scouting Content
- Create a team – Enter a tournament – Edit a team
- Player card (pre-match + live)
- Live Experience – Point Scoring Feed – Leaderboard
- Stats (Standings, Fixtures/Results, Player Stats, Team Stats)
- Private tournaments
- User Profile (Gamification)
- My history
- How to Play
The Process
Wireframes:
I first created a set of wireframes to ensure that I understood the brief, and product fully.
The wireframes were also a great way to keep open conversations with the stakeholders.
